FAQs:

• How long are engagements? Most coaching relationships run a minimum of 10 months. Real behavior change and team alignment take time to take root, but every engagement starts with a clear scope and check-in points, not an open-ended commitment.

• Is this virtual or in person? Both. Ongoing coaching typically happens virtually to fit your schedule; workshops and team sessions are often run in person when that serves the work better. We'll decide together what fits your team and budget.

• How much time does this take each month? Individual coaching is typically 2–4 hours per month. Team engagements vary by size and cadence (see Pricing). This is designed to fit inside a busy operating schedule, not compete with it.

• How do you measure whether it's working? We set specific, named goals at the start of each engagement, tied to things like decision-making speed, team communication, retention, or business outcomes you care about, and check progress against them on a regular cadence, not just "how did that feel."

• What size company do you work with? Most clients are founders, CEOs, and leadership teams at companies with $2M–$50M in revenue and 10–200 employees. Companies are usually established enough to invest in leadership development and growing fast enough to need it.
